How long does my order take to ship?

Items will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Made to order items take longer, 7-10 business days. An email notification will be sent when your order ships. Orders ship out Monday-Friday. Please make sure your address is correct. CYNLOVELY is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses.

What is your return policy? 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can exchange or refund the item(s). The item(s) must be unworn and unused in original condition with the packaging. Please email Cynthia@cynlovely.com to initiate an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the item. For refunds, we can only refund the cost of the item and not the shipping. For exchanges and refunds, you are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us and for shipping costs to send it back to you for exchanges. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
